利用規約

第１条　適用: 1. 本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当社と利用者との一切の関係に適用されます。These Terms apply to all relationships between our company and users regarding the use of this service.
2. 当社が本サービス上で別途定めるルール、ガイド、注意事項等は、本規約の一部を構成します。Any rules, guidelines, or cautionary notices separately established by our company on this service shall constitute part of this Agreement.
3. 本規約と前項の内容が矛盾する場合、当社が別途明示した内容が優先されます。In the event of any contradiction between these Terms and the preceding provisions, the content explicitly stated by our company shall take precedence.
第２条　定義: 本規約において使用する用語の定義は、次のとおりとします。The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows.
1. 「利用者」とは、本サービスを閲覧または利用するすべての方をいいます。"User" means any person who views or uses this service.
2. 「会員」とは、当社所定の方法で会員登録を行い、当社が承認した方をいいます。"Member" means a person who has registered as a member by the method prescribed by our company and has been approved by our company.
3. 「予約」とは、本サービスを通じて利用者が当社に対して行う配車・貸切等の申込みをいいます。"Reservation" means an application for dispatch, charter, etc. made by a user to our company through this service.
4. 「配車確定」とは、当社が予約の成立を認め、利用者へ確定内容を通知した状態をいいます。"Dispatch Confirmation" means the state in which our company has acknowledged the establishment of a reservation and notified the user of the confirmed details.
5. 「拘束時間」とは、時間貸し（時間制）において、当社車庫を出発した時点から運行終了後（最終目的地にて降車）までの時間をいい、車庫から最初の乗車場所までの回送時間を含みます。"Engaged Time" means, in the case of time-based rental (hourly system), the time from departure from our company's garage until the end of operation (drop-off at the final destination), and includes the deadhead time from the garage to the first pick-up location.
6. 「回送時間」とは、当社車庫から最初の乗車場所までの移動に要する時間をいいます。"Deadhead Time" means the time required to travel from our company's garage to the first pick-up location.
第３条　会員登録・アカウント管理: 1. 会員登録を希望する利用者は、当社所定の情報を正確に入力し、当社が承認した時点で会員登録が完了します。A user who wishes to register as a member shall accurately enter the information prescribed by our company, and the membership registration is completed at the point our company approves it.
2. 利用者は、登録情報に変更が生じた場合、速やかに当社所定の方法で変更手続きを行うものとします。If any change occurs in the registered information, the user shall promptly carry out the change procedures by the method prescribed by our company.
3. 会員は、自己の責任においてアカウント情報（ID・パスワード等）を管理し、第三者に使用させないものとします。Members shall manage their account information (such as ID and password) at their own responsibility and shall not allow any third party to use it.
4. アカウントの不正使用により利用者に損害が生じても、当社の故意または重過失がない限り、当社は責任を負いません。Even if a user suffers damage due to unauthorized use of the account, our company shall not be liable unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company.
第４条　予約の申込みと成立: 1. 利用者は、本サービス上の入力フォーム等から予約の申込みを行うことができます。Users may apply for a reservation via the input form, etc. on this service.
2. 予約は、当社からの「配車確定」のご案内をもって成立します。申込み完了時点では予約成立を保証するものではありません。A reservation is established upon our company's "Dispatch Confirmation" notice. Completion of the application does not guarantee that the reservation is established.
3. 当社は、車両稼働状況、交通事情、入力内容の不備等により、申込みをお受けできない場合があります。Our company may be unable to accept an application due to vehicle operating conditions, traffic circumstances, deficiencies in the entered information, or similar reasons.
4. 当社は、予約成立前または予約成立後においても、運行の安全確保、車両手配の都合、交通事情その他やむを得ない事由により利用者に連絡の上、予約内容の変更をお願いし、または予約をお断りする場合があります。Whether before or after a reservation is established, our company may, after contacting the user, request a change to the reservation details or decline the reservation due to ensuring operational safety, circumstances of vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.
5. 利用者は、送迎場所・日時・連絡先等の入力内容に誤りがないことを確認し、誤りにより生じた不利益は利用者が負担するものとします。Users shall confirm that there are no errors in the entered information such as the pick-up/drop-off location, date and time, and contact details, and shall bear any disadvantage arising from such errors.
第５条　料金・支払: 1. 本サービスの料金は、当社が別途定める料金体系（時間貸し、その他）に従います。The fees for this service shall be in accordance with the fee schedule (hourly rental, others) separately established by our company.
2. 時間貸し（時間制）における利用時間は、原則として拘束時間を基準として算定します（当社車庫出発から運行終了まで）。これには回送時間を含みます。For hourly rental (hourly system), the usage time is, in principle, calculated based on the Engaged Time (from departure from our garage to the end of operation). This includes the Deadhead Time.
3. 予約時間は原則として３０分単位で設定します。実際の拘束時間が予約時間を超過する場合、当社所定の方法により追加精算を行います（延長の可否は車両状況等により異なります）。Reservation time is, in principle, set in 30-minute units. If the actual Engaged Time exceeds the reserved time, an additional settlement will be made by the method prescribed by our company (whether extension is possible varies depending on vehicle conditions, etc.).
4. 高速道路料金、駐車場料金、有料道路・施設料金等の実費が発生する場合、当社所定の方法で精算いただきます。If actual expenses such as expressway tolls, parking fees, and toll road/facility charges are incurred, they shall be settled by the method prescribed by our company.
5. 支払方法は、当社が本サービス上で案内する方法（現金、カード、請求書等）から利用者が選択します。The user selects the payment method from those presented by our company on this service (cash, card, invoice, etc.).
6. 法人請求の場合、利用者は当社が指定する情報（法人名、担当者名、請求先等）を提供するものとします。In the case of corporate billing, the user shall provide the information designated by our company (corporate name, contact person's name, billing address, etc.).
第６条　キャンセル・変更・遅延: 1. 予約内容の変更・キャンセルは、当社が別途定める方法で受け付けます。Changes and cancellations of reservation details are accepted by the method separately prescribed by our company.
2. キャンセル料の有無および金額（料率）は、当社が別途定め、本サービスまたは当社サイト上で案内する規定に従います。The presence and amount (rate) of any cancellation fee shall be in accordance with the provisions separately established by our company and presented on this service or our company's website.
3. 利用者からの変更の申し出があった場合であっても、手配状況、交通事情その他の事情により、当社が対応できない場合があります。Even if a user requests a change, our company may be unable to accommodate it due to arrangement status, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
4. 利用者の都合により利用時間を短縮する場合であっても、当社は当初の予約時間または確定内容を基準として料金を請求致します。Even if the usage time is shortened for the user's own convenience, our company will charge the fee based on the original reserved time or the confirmed details.
5. 交通事情・天候・災害等により到着時刻や所要時間が前後する場合があり、これに起因する損害について当社は当社の故意または重過失がない限り責任を負いません。Arrival times and required times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, disasters, etc., and our company shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company.
第７条　禁止事項: 利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。In using this service, users must not engage in the following acts.
1. 虚偽・不正確な情報の登録または申込み Registering or applying with false or inaccurate information
2. 第三者になりすます行為、不正アクセス、システムへの過度な負荷行為 Impersonating a third party, unauthorized access, or placing excessive load on the system
3. 当社または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為（名誉毀損、プライバシー侵害等）Acts that infringe the rights or interests of our company or third parties (defamation, invasion of privacy, etc.)
4. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為 Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
5. その他当社が不適切と判断する行為 Any other act that our company deems inappropriate
第８条　サービスの中断・停止: 当社は、保守点検、障害、通信回線の不具合、災害等により、利用者への事前通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を中断・停止することがあります。これにより利用者に損害が生じても、当社の故意または重過失がない限り責任を負いません。Our company may suspend or halt all or part of this service without prior notice to users due to maintenance, failures, communication line malfunctions, disasters, and the like. Even if this causes damage to users, our company shall not be liable unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company.
第９条　免責・責任の範囲: 1. 当社は、本サービスの内容の完全性、正確性、確実性、特定目的への適合性について保証しません。Our company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content of this service.
2. 当社は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失がない限り責任を負いません。Our company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company.
3. 当社が責任を負う場合であっても、当社の責任は、直接かつ通常の損害に限られ、かつ当該予約に関して利用者が実際に支払った金額（または支払うべき金額）を上限とします（必要に応じて調整）。Even where our company bears liability, such liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages, and shall be capped at the amount actually paid (or payable) by the user in relation to the relevant reservation (adjusted as necessary).
第１０条　個人情報の取扱い: 当社は、利用者の個人情報を、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従い適切に取り扱います。プライバシーポリシーは、当社サイト「お問い合わせ」ページ下部に掲載するものとします。Our company handles users' personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy shall be posted at the bottom of the "Contact" page on our company's website.

第１１条　規約の変更: 当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本サービス上への掲示その他当社が適切と判断する方法で周知し、周知後に利用者が本サービスを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。Our company may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms shall be made known by posting on this service or by any other method our company deems appropriate, and if a user uses this service after such notice, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendment.
第１２条　準拠法・管轄: 本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関連して当社と利用者との間で生じた紛争については、静岡地方裁判所または当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします（必要に応じて調整可）。These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and for any dispute arising between our company and a user in connection with this service, the Shizuoka District Court or the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance (adjustable as necessary).
